Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For change-of-mind cancellations, you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. For hygiene reasons, opened consumable products (such as teas, supplements, or oils) cannot be returned for change of mind once delivered.
Our products and content are intended for general wellbeing purposes only. They are not medical devices or medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. All content on this site — including the ATTUNED name, branding, text, images, guides, and audio content — is owned by or licensed to us. Digital products included with a purchase are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be redistributed or resold.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to the ACL, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to resupplying the products or refunding the amount you paid.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
